Something finally went our way pretty easily. Our application for the apartment was accepted! There was only one other application and the landlord picked us. We really didn’t think it would go this smoothly but we’re very happy it did. There was no issue with us applying from Sweden and only me having a signed work contract. It’s such a relief to have this organised before we arrive and we’re very excited about our new home.
I know we haven’t seen the place ourselves but from looking at photos and hearing Kylie’s comments about the place after the open inspection we just had our hearts set on this place. It’s a brand new 2 bedroom apartment located on the top floor with a large balcony and a stunning view of the city skyline. It’s located in Maribyrnong (pronounced Marry-ber-nong) just 7 km from the CBD with public transportation just across the road from our house.

Ja, verkligen skönt! Ska bli inköpschef på ett belysningsföretag. Jobbar idag som produktchef på moderbolaget här hemma så jag blir kvar inom koncernen iaf.
